Hi, I'm Almyra
I was born and raised right here in Tetebatu — a small, peaceful village tucked between rice terraces and Mount Rinjani in East Lombok. For over two years, I've been guiding travelers through the places I grew up in: hidden waterfalls, emerald rice fields, the monkey forest, and the warm kitchens of our Sasak families.
Becoming a guide was never just a job for me. It was a way to show the world that women in our village have a voice, that we can lead, earn, and inspire. I started Tetebatu Women Guide because I wanted more local women to experience that same confidence — to welcome guests into our culture and stand proudly on their own feet.
Today, I'm joined by a growing group of wonderful women guides from our village. Together, we share the Tetebatu we love — not as a tour package, but as a piece of our home and our hearts.
